SUNIL K. ARORA, MD is a board certified anesthesiologist, qualified in Pain Management from the American Board of Anesthesiology. He has completed a Pain fellowship at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and also an Interventional Pain Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He came to Wilmington in 2000 and has been at The Center for Pain Management since then. Born in Amritsar in India, he experienced Meher Baba's love in 1991 through his friend Dr. Gavin Elliot. He is married to Dr. Kavita Persaud and has a daughter, Maya Arora. His philosophy is to experience divinity through his patients and daily activities of life; including having a cup of coffee at 5 am with Baba and playing 9 holes of golf with him every weekend.

SARAH MATTHAY, grew up in a family devoted to Meher Baba. This early exposure to Meher Baba propelled her to develop her own dedication to Meher Baba and his inspiring teachings. Sarah had a range of work experiences in the creative and educational fields before focusing on psychotherapy and counseling. While in the educational field, she worked for the non-profit Donors Choose and has also been involved in other non- profit endeavors in theater. Sarah currently is an LCSW with a 4- year certificate in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies. Sarah maintains a private practice in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis in Manhattan as well as Westchester.

SAILAJA DHERAM, a resident of New Jersey for the past 26 years, has been an active participant in the activities of Beloved Archives. She graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and worked for seven years as a lease accountant at Compaq Financial Services, currently Hewlett-Packard Financial Services. In 2005, she decided to work as a substitute teacher in the Randolph School District. She was hired in 2014 as an instructional aide to work with special needs of autistic children in the age group of 4 through 10. She has been a dedicated follower of Meher Baba since 1985. Since then, she says, Meher Baba has been my one and only constant companion.

IVEY DUNAWAY, a native of South Carolina, now lives in Augusta, Georgia. Ivey graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia in 2000. She has worked in medical sales for Bristol Myers Squibb for the past 10 years specializing in HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C & Oncology. Ivey has fundraising experience with Saint Mary's School as well as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. A lifelong spiritual seeker, Ivey came to Meher Baba in 2011. She heard about Meher Baba from two separate therapists and again through her sponsor in a 12-step program. Upon visiting the Meher Spiritual Center, there was an instant recognition of Meher Baba as the Avatar. She immediately went to India and has been graced with Baba’s divine love ever since.

KONDA CHEVVA, is an active participant in the activities of Beloved Archives. He learned about Meher Baba in 1990. A life-long seeker, when he learned about Meher Baba’s message of love, truth and selfless service, he felt that his search had come to an end. He received his degree of Master in Computer Science and has been working for a Health Solutions company for the past 15 years. Based in New Jersey, he provides data warehouse solutions to Medicare and Medicaid clients. He brings to Beloved archives an understanding of database solutions and technical knowhow.

NAOSHERWAN ANZAR, lovingly called ‘Nosh’, is known to the entire Meher Baba world as the editor and publisher of GLOW INTERNATIONAL, launched under Avatar Meher Baba's direction in 1966. Naosherwan is strongly committed to preserving, documenting and sharing the story of Meher Baba’s life, work and teachings. Towards that end, he has launched Beloved Archives, a secular non-profit, foundation in the United States. He first met Meher Baba when he was 2 months old and grew up under his direct spiritual guidance. Over the years he had several meetings with Meher Baba; his last meeting 40 days before Baba dropped his body. Naosherwan advocates the moral and ethical dimensions of climate change in developing countries and in his work for the United Nations for over 20 years has implemented public information programs on development issues. He lives in Princeton, New Jersey, with his wife Mahrukh and conducts the activities of Beloved Archives.

MAHRUKH N. NALAVALA, first came into Meher Baba’s orbit when she met her husband Naosherwan in 1970. She visited Meherabad and Meherazad and met the mandali. Her interaction with Meher Baba’s disciples cemented her relationship with Avatar Meher Baba. Over the years she has worked on Glow International and functions as the Board Secretary at Beloved Archives, handling all financial aspect of the non-profit. She has worked as a Financial Specialist for 25 years with the United National Development Programme in New York. Earlier she worked for 16 years as Finance Officer in the airline and banking industries. She brings to Beloved Archives a sound knowledge of budget development and financial administration and resources and an ability to establish priorities and formulate new strategies.
